Soft Washing

Soft washing is a process of cleaning using water, chemicals and detergents at low pressure to remove and kill off contaminants such as algae, moss and lichen. Soft washing can be applied to render, roofs, driveways, patios, walls, fences and numerous other surfaces. It is extremely well suited to render and roofs due to the delicate nature of the surface which can be easily damaged by pressure washing.
Soft washing along with the application of biocide is extremely effective at providing a deep clean and protection from future soiling.

Soft washing can be applied to a lot of high level surfaces from the ground or low level platforms, which can eliminate costly scaffold towers and cherry pickers.

We provide a flexible service to all of our clients, we give comprehensive advice on cleaning methods and allow the client to choose the level of clean they require.
We are IFAP certified and trained to safely operate access machinery, so in cases where soft washing techniques require such machines we can undertake the works competently.
